DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN THAILAND)

All orders require a signature on delivery, make sure your supplied address and phone number are attended during business hours.

Notes:

Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday to Friday, 9 – 6pm. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 International shipping standard: We ship internationally by Thailand Post at a flat rate of $15 USD per order. Please allow 14 days to receive your parcel for standard register post.

International shipping express: We ship internationally using FedEx at a flat rate of $40 USD per order. Please allow 3-5 days to receive your parcel for express.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Rimaya does not offer refunds on goods due to change of mind. We will only offer a refund if the garment is faulty beyond repair.

Please contact info@rimayaswimwear.com with your return query so that our returns team can advise a unique Returns Code Number & arrange for your exchange/ refund to be processed as soon as possible.

Returns within the territories of Thailand, all exchange garments will need to be returned within 7 working days from the date of purchase. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. Please allow us 1-2 weeks from the return shipped date for you to receive the new item.

For International returns, all claims must be lodged within 21 days from the date of shipping. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. Please allow us 1-2 weeks from the return shipped date for the exchange to be processed.

For faulty garments please email info@rimayaswimwear.com so that our returns team can arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. You will need to return items with all tags in place. We will assess the fault upon return of the garment and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.

For all swimwear, customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear.

Sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.

 

When returning goods, please enclose:

Your goods for return, including packaging, return address information pre-filled on a postal bag with contact details.

Please note that only returns customer who have lodged a return request & have been issued an Return Code Number will be accepted.

Rimaya does not cover the return postage costs — this cost is at your own expense.

We recommend using Registered Thailand Post Express or Registered International Post to return garments to us, and we advise you to take note of your tracking number.

Rimaya is not responsible or accountable for the loss of garments being returned.

PRE-ORDER

Pre-orders are orders for items which are not ready for shipping. After purchased pre-orders items, please allow us 2-3 weeks  for shipping in domestic delivery (within Thailand) and 3-4 weeks for international.
